If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Tennistrainer Equipment Store, you will receive a full refund. In order to receive a full refund, the product(s) must be returned undamaged within 10 days of receiving merchandise.

Return addresses are different for every product as most items in this store are drop shipped to you from several different manufacturers and major distributors. Before returning product, please call or email for the proper address, if you want to return the product.
